The time has finally come. There will be a second aside!

For years, the LTH board has been looking into whether a second holiday home could be built on the estate. Aside, bookings become more frequent over the years, which is a logical consequence of an expanding family.

However, it was not that easy to place a house somewhere. After all, our estate is a national monument, and there are strict requirements attached to that.

Ultimately, the only solution seemed to be to build an apartment above the current barn. This will start in the course of 2024. The current barn will be demolished and rebuilt. The new apartment is planned to be available to the family before the summer of 2025. Attached are a few drawings from the architect. Then you will get an idea of what will be built.
