Estate development

The future of our estate has been under more pressure in recent years than before. This is mainly due to the advancing city and the nitrogen problem.

The latter has an impact on nature, but also on the agricultural land on which Dreessen currently farms. This requires a new approach. The board has been working for the past 2 years to develop a new long-term vision for the estate. We are currently in the exploratory phase and various options are being compared and developed.

In 2021, the LTH had a vision drawn up by landscape architect Jan Willem Bosch. We presented these during the anniversary celebration.

The board is currently reconsidering this vision and adjusting it to achieve a more integrated vision. We are therefore still in the exploratory phase. When decisions are made and we enter the planning phase, updates will of course be provided on this page.
